We do our best to outline compatibility for everything we sell. While we can’t test every possible variation, we try to source and provide as much information as possible. We don’t have a formal returns process, but please reach out to us at info@3bits.cc and if your return meets the criteria outlined below we’ll be happy to issue a postage label.

Please note that these are handled by the customs authorities in your country and are separate from our shipping costs.

Shipping is estimated at 1-2 days for UK orders and 1-2 weeks for international orders.

Royal Mail considers domestic parcels lost after 14 working days and international parcels lost after 5 weeks. While delays are rare, international shipping can occasionally take up to 5 weeks—though most orders arrive within a week.

Our standard shipping services are untracked to keep costs low, but they are generally very reliable. Tracked options are available, but they can be expensive, sometimes costing as much as the products themselves. Unfortunately, we can’t subsidize these costs as we don’t ship in high enough volumes to negotiate better rates.
