Overview:

The Exposure Boost R clip-on saddle mount makes attaching and detaching your Exposure Boost R light quick and easy. It securely holds the light and tucks it neatly under your saddle for a clean, streamlined setup.

Design:

This design combines two refined mechanisms.
First, the S-shaped locking system—used in some of our other projects—has undergone over a dozen iterations to achieve the right balance of strength and flexibility. It leverages the pliable nature of Nylon 12, with multiple prototypes refining its performance.

Second, the clipping mechanism is a reworked version of an existing Exposure design. Originally a little bulky and constrained by injection moulding, we made it more compact and increased surface area where needed. An early version has been on my (Jaggers) daily commuter for over a year and a half and is still going strong.

Requirements / Compatibility:

Required Light: Designed specifically for the Exposure Boost R light. Unfortunately, the necessary mounting flanges are not present on other models.
Saddle rail Compatibility: Available in two versions: 7x7mm for standard round saddle rails and 7x9mm for ovalized carbon saddle rails
